My trip was a seamless, comfortable and pleasant experience! Fares was 15 mins early, waited patiently for me, helped me with my bags (including a very long ski bag), was quiet while I took phone calls the entire length of my trip, and even helped me deliver my bags to the gate agent. The SUV was gorgeous and very clean and Fares was kind and professional. I will most definitely use you again. Many thanks!

Fares was exceptional in helping my 90++ parents into the vehicle. He was very cordial, prompt and really concerned we got home safely. He was careful with his driving and made sure we did not have any conflicts with others. I would highly recommend you as the best service in the area, keep up the good work and we will be using you the next time we travel.

Overall a pleasant reliable ride from Detroit Airport to Windsor Ontario. Flight was delayed but that was no issue and they kept an eye on the flight, the booking representative Sam was courteous and flexible. Chauffeur Hesham was professional, polite and promptly helped with luggages too! There were no issues at the border, processing took a minute or so. Will 100% book again for the convenience and highly recommend anyone on the fence.
