Absolutely unacceptable behavior from an Alert Transportation driver. As a guest at Hotel de la Renaissance, I witnessed one of their drivers act in a way that was aggressive, hostile, and completely unprofessional. While a guest was unloading luggage, the Alert bus driver repeatedly honked the horn, flipped off the driver of the car, then actually got out of his bus to cuss at her and threaten her. This was not just rude—it was intimidating and created a very unsafe environment for hotel guest

On September 21, 2025, outside Holte De La Renaissance. I saw an Alert Transportation driver lay on his horn, flip obscene gestures; than get out of his van to cuss at and threaten another driver who was just dropping off guests. This wasn't just rude - it was hostile, agressive and dangerous. As a hotel guest and visitor to the city, I was appalled. If this is how their drivers behave in public, I would strongly warn anyone to avoid Alet Transportation altogether. Absolutely unacceptable.

We booked with Alert Transportation to shuttle our 30 wedding guests from our hotel, to the ceremony (The Tree of Life) and then to the reception. The coordination leading up to the event was very professional and timely. Ashley was a delight to work with. On the day of, they were timely and our bus driver, Bridgette, went truly above and beyond!! Alert transportation was relatively easy to work with and process the payments. Our guests had a comfortable ride to the venue! I’m giving it 4 stars because the driver tried to leave earlier than he was suppose to and didn’t follow our request of the first shuttle being only the wedding party per our venue request. I think something was lost in communication but overall I’d recommend.
