Exceptional service from start to finish. Everything was seamless—from the planning to the execution. Communication was easy, punctuality was perfect, and the service was truly impeccable. Our driver Alex Munoz was professional, courteous, and absolutely amazing. We loved him!!!! The black Sprinter was spotless and comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely book again.

Amazing Sprinter experience! 5 star all the way!. We use car service a lot and this was first time we came across Black Label car service. It was a right choice! Booking was super easy fast and smooth. Sprinter van was brand new with beautiful leather seats and TV. Our chauffeur Tony was great! He recommended all hot spots in Miami. We had amazing time! My first impression was how well representative the chauffeur was en how well cleaned the car was. The suitcases were taken care of and the drive was smooth and pleasant. Also drinks were offered. Will definitely recommend it.

❤️Black Label Limo Service was the best decision I made for luxury Limo transportation in Miami. The Best Black Car Service in Miami! My wife’s girlfriend recommended Black Label and we decided to book Sprinter Limo. It was a lovely looking vehicle. Luka the owner was very friendly and he recommended us best Miami spots. Driver was knowledgeable, and professional. We had an amazing night out! We also used their black car service for Airport transfers. They had a brand new Cadillac Escalad

Fabulous experience this morning with an early ride to Vizcaya, to renew our vows. Alex was our driver and arrived early, was prompt with communication, and so professional. The sprinter was clean, and the ride was very smooth. Alex had waters for us when we returned after photos, and the ride back was equally as enjoyable. Thank you Alex for a reliable, clean, and fun chauffeur experience!!!
