Blue Ribbon Transportation and our driver, Juantele, were fabulous for an event this past week. We were very happy with the quality of service provided in all areas - communication, timeliness, flexibility, price and vehicle. We found out early that our flight was delayed, so I directly emailed Blue Ribbon in order for the company to make any necessary accommodations. When we arrived at the airport the driver was visibly in a hurry as a result of the delay. He shared that he needed to get us on the road as soon as possible, so not to miss his next fare. Unfortunately, I cannot control the airline or the speed at which our bags are ready. He went as far as to ask if we wouldn't mind waiting so he could leave, go get t
