After a flight that started in Alaska at 2am we were grateful to be greeted by Robert at 5pm. He handled all our luggage, made sure we were comfortable and treated us to a soothing ride in rush hour traffic. He was such an entertaining conversationalist we hardly noticed what was going on except to take note at how the scenery had changed. The suburban was spotless, comfortable and smelled wonderful (that may have been Robert). We will definitely be booking him for our return flight!

The drivers were punctual, very polite and courteous. Both drivers texted us shortly before pick up to confirm our ride from and back to the airport. We needed to change the time on the ride back to the airport and the young lady who took that call was also very polite, quickly made and confirmed the change. I had an excellent experience with DCAcar! Every driver I met was friendly, professional, and punctual. I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout my rides. A special thank you to Hassan, who even had a little checklist to make sure I hadn’t forgotten anything before heading to the airport — such a thoughtful touch! Robert was fantastic! Lots of fun facts, great conversation and totally flexible with our last-minute changes with what we wanted to see. Seeing the monuments at night -- with very few other people out -- was amazing! It's a completely different vibe, and somehow feels magical. I will absolutely do the again the next time in town when it's a wee bit warmer. Photo is me and Robert.
