Had a great experience with Echo Limousine. Ordered a car for a trip to the airport. Received multiple communications- a confirmation upon request, a reminder the day before, and the driver arrived early and texted me- all of which put my mind at ease. Paid at the time of booking (with gratuity) so once I arrived, I could just hop out of the car. Car was clean and driver was professional.

Echo drivers were great. Our incoming flight was late and the communication with our driver Asif was flawless. He waited patiently for us and promptly picked us up when our bags arrived. And his vehicle was well stocked with snacks and water.

Echo never disappoints! Their drivers are very experienced, polite and on time. Will continue to use them, and I highly recommend for anyone needing a car service. I hire them from Midway Airport to far Northwest Suburbs and their rates are fair and competitive.

Couldn’t have been much better! Our driver was polite, on time actually a bit early) and carefully navigated around heavy traffic (we were headed downtown and the Bears and Vikings were playing). We certainly would book with Echo again.
