I booked Indy Luxe for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Indianapolis which, as you can imagine, gets insanely busy. Tanish helped me set up our ride reservation and the most impressive part was the level of communication between the time of booking all the way through the end of our reservation. I hired them to take my Teens from Bell University in Muncie to airport since no shuttles were available at this time at Bell University. Driver arrived well in advance of time which was great since they were ready to go early. Driver gave an estimated time of arrival and they arrived almost to the minute.
