I have been using Island Time for over 2 years. It is a great service. I travel for business frequently and they can accommodate me every time. Flight delayed no issues they will be there, flight cancelled on the way to airport no problems in going to another airport. Kileee and Don are the drivers that I most frequently get they are very professional and drive safely. All their drivers do as well, just don’t remember their names. My grandmother and I were trying to find a new transportation service to pick us up since the previous company was late a few times. We called to get picked up from our location and brought to the airport the day before, the customer service was excellent and they sent us the confirmation but never sent us our drivers name or any extra information. My experience with Don and his team was fantastic. I called after reading a review by a friend, and I am so happy that I did. I was scheduling for 3 couples and Don was so patient with me. He offered several scenarios to meet the needs of our group. His communication was exemplary during the process. He was on time for the pickup and for the return home. His vehicles are attractive, clean, and comfortable. Everyone in our group was extremely happy. Use Island Time for your transportation needs.

Thank you to Island Time Transport for outstanding service. I hired them to pick up my elderly in laws at 3am and again at 11pm. They were kind and courteous to my in laws and they felt very safe. That piece of mind is worth a million dollars! Absolutely will use them again. Thank you Don & staff
