I've never taken the time to write a review for any company but for this Limo company I am making the time! I used J.L. Jones' Limo service for my wedding so I could ride with my bridesmaids from Palmetto, to Safety Harbor for photos, and finally to my venue in Clearwater. Orginally, I had hired a different limo company whom I came to find out had me down for the WRONG date when I called them the day before my wedding to make sure the details they had were correct. Exceeded all expectations! Family owned business and they really do put their heart into what they do. My husband and I had an amazing limo service for after our wedding. The driver Jim who is also the owner is a total delight! Helpful, clean vehicle and punctual. Debbie on the phone is sweet as can be!! Jim and his wife Debbie were absolutely amazing! Everyone knows how stressful the wedding day can be, but our driver Jim arrived early, he was very professional and patient. We had lots of compliments, especially with the red carpet. He went above and beyond, including dressing in a Tux and providing drinks! I highly recommend J.L. Jones limousines, they exceeded our expectations! We did our research and it paid off because we had an unforgettable experience. I will definitely book for other eve

We used J.L. Jones limousines for our wedding. Jim and his wife Debby were very attentive and Professional from Day 1. The process was so easy and well worth it. They treated our wedding party like family and we felt safe throughout our trip. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend their services.

Jim was excellent from start to finish. We were in town for a bachelor party (14 guys) and wanted a convenient way for all of us to get in and out of town. Jim was able to provide such services and did so at the highest level. He was very responsive and professional during the planning process and made sure he had everything right with our itinerary.
