I am a wedding planner and we had a last minute (week of the wedding) request for a good-looking, modern white limo for the bride and wedding party. Mason responded very quickly and let us know what he had available. The booking process was easy and he was always very responsive to my questions and needs, even after hours! The driver was early to all the requested locations and was personable and provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future

Really impressed with the service level. I was able to speak to someone on the phone right away to get more info and we used New Star to transport a group of very high-level clients to and from the airport for our meetings.
