I highly recommend this transport service. They were responsive, transparent, and reliable. The vehicle an entire process focused on safety and comfort of the patient. I was hoping to transport an elderly relative with heart issues who also had a catheter. I am so glad we didn’t decide to do The transport with family members. I can’t say enough great things about this transport company. They coordinated a round-trip ride for my mom from her nursing home so she could spend Thanksgiving with our family, and the level of care was exceptional. They used a brand-new reclining wheelchair to ensure her comfort, treated her with kindness and patience, and the pricing was extremely reasonable. My family and I are so grateful we found this company! My father-in-law moved out to the Temecula area and is still needing to travel to the VA Long Beach every few weeks for care. We used Ohana Transport to provide a comfortable transportation an hour and a half away from home. Ohana was professional, accommodating of our needs, communicated regularly and provided excellent service before and during the transports. I would highly recommend.
