First time using Onyx and what an amazing experience my executive had. They were on time, communication was great, ease of booking made simple, their response was fast and prompt. When I called them, a human answered and not a recording. The fleet of cars used were top notch (year 2024) and very clean and well taken care of. Would give it a zero if I could. I arrived at JFK at midnight and absolute no car waiting. Price is ridiculous $250 for JFK to Manhattan while an Uber costs $100. When we arrived at JFK, no car, no dispatcher, no one at there office to even take a customers call. Next day I called to find out why they did not have a car waiting even though they had sent me a connfirmation email 24 hours before. Beware this is a total SCAM. Don’t use this company , they will leave you stranded at JFK with two kid
