We recently used Personal Sedán Services for the second time for airport transfers. I appreciate that they tracked our incoming flight, noticed we were delayed, and adjusted accordingly. I received lots of communication in the form of texts from our drivers. There was no wondering who was picking us up or where. Lindell was our driver when we arrived. Excellent overall experience with this company! Very reliable - 15 mins early on pickup to the airport, and then they were already waiting for us after our return flight arrived 20 mins early! The SUV’s they picked us up in were in excellent condition - both were current year models and spotless. Both drivers were very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the pricing I was quoted wasn’t what I paid. There were extra fees and gratuities added when I made the reservation. I don’t mind

Chris and Lucas were awesome! They met us exactly where they said, on time, and handled our bags. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and the SUV was huge! So comfortable! Chris and Lucas were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend.

Mr Clarence was there before my departure time, alerted by text. Was very efficient and courteous. Vehicle was clean and had some feel good music on to enjoy the ride. Had some great conversation during the ride as well. Definitely will be utilizing their services in the near future.
