Very disappointing experience. This rental company does not keep their agreements at all. The cars are in poor condition and seem to be constantly damaged. On top of that, they sent me a completely different car than the one I had booked, without any proper explanation or solution. They even sent two different cars, and both of them were damaged and not in proper working condition. The contact person was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse. Overall good experience with a fair resolution. There was an initial issue with car availability despite a confirmed booking, and communication could have been better at the start. However, the team handled the situation by providing a higher-end car for the same price, which I appreciated. In the end, they made an effort to compensate for the inconvenience, and I’m satisfied with how it was resolved. Special thanks to Seif who handled the situation in a professional way
