The customer service at the BWI Sixt counter is unmatched. Everyone is súper friendly. I want to give a special shout out to LaCretia and Dayna. They make you feel like family instead of a customer. They did not rush you and took their time to serve me and answered all my questions. They were professional and welcoming.
