Absolutely brilliant service from Basharat today for my daughters 13th birthday. Clear concise communication, no stress, car turned up on time, prestine condition with a a really cool driver. Basharat was patient with a group of squeaking teenagers! He was accommodating and he showed them how to work the sound system and connect! Safe and tasteful driver. Did not rush us. Helped take pics and was just a true gentleman. Best limo service I’ve used in my 29 years in Dubai 🙌🏻

We recently booked a 9-seater Mercedes Sprinter for the day and had a fantastic experience. After a previous negative encounter with a different company, this service completely restored our confidence. Our driver, Adnan, was exceptionally professional and patient from start to finish. They took payment at the start of the trip for Xmen Limo and again during the ride. Midway through the journey, they claimed the original limo had a breakdown (ABS issue). Because of this, we were made to wait around 15 minutes, and no extra time was provided to compensate for their fault. Instead of providing the booked vehicle, they sent a Barbie limo, which we did not like and did not agree to, as it was not what we had booked. We had an amazing experience today with the limo car service for my son's graduation! The vehicle was absolutely luxurious — clean, spacious, and truly elegant — perfect for such a special occasion.
