Booking was easily and the 24/7 customer service was great. We rode around in downtown Chicago with the kids and Marius drove us and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable about the city, flexible with the trips and made the whole thing very enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend.

My driver was Vlad. He was an excellent driver considering all the snow and ice on the ground. He has a lovely personality. He knew I was anxious and made sure I was at the right terminal with a skycap area to drop my luggage. He was kind and considerate . I will definitely ask for him on my next visit. They picked my elderly mother up at the airport and took her home. They met her at baggage claim and did a good job making her comfortable. The driver texted me updates to keep me informed of their progress. Great experience

Booked a party van for wedding party and they did not disappoint. It was really easy to book and the price was reasonable. And the ride was really fun and comfortable! If you had to make any last minute changes they can accommodate you. Highly recommend if you need fancy and fun transport!
