Black SUV license plate URBN 1 TCP 41291 is driving incredibly aggressively and is going to create an accident. Traffic is traveling at 80 MPH as a whole and a black SUV is northbound on 101 at 10:15 AM on September 24, 2025at 90+ MPH using the right lane to continuously move up one car, but using the size of his SUV to muscle his way up in the fast lane one car at a time. This is incredibly aggressive and creating a hazard to every vehicle he cuts off. It appears to be a driver only and no pass
