Good evening. Forguens was my chauffeur tonight and drove me to my home in Delray Beach. He was polite and a real gentleman. His driving was perfect, not too fast or slow. Our driver, Erlon, greeted us with a friendly smile in baggage claim. He was courteous, asking to help with our bags while directing us to the car. He offered us water once in the car, the drive home was spacious and pleasant in a Chevy suburban. Once getting safely home, Erlon gathered our bags and wished us a goodnight. I value our driver’s professionalism and safe driving. I would definitely use USA Transportation Services again.

My driver Richard arrived early, greeted with a smile and parked close to the terminal avoiding the typical long walks to the parking lot. As we arrived to the hotel he prepared me to issue ID as required by hotel security to save time. Great experience. Thanks Richard.

Our driver Richard was early to pick us up which was nice because it gave us the option to leave at our convenience, he had waters for us and a multi-ended phone charger to use. The SUV was immaculately clean which was very much appreciated. He drove safely but also got us to the Fort Lauderdale airport quickly and right to our departure door. He was friendly and we enjoyed nice conversation with him during the drive, but it wasn't invasive or overbearing. This is our 3rd time using USA Transpor
