Steven, our VIP Rideway driver, was wonderful last night for the Zach Bryan concert in Ann Arbor. This was my first time using a car service, but knew the traffic would be a nightmare to deal with and I wanted to be able to relax and enjoy the concert with my son. It was exactly what we needed and Steven was very safe and calm when navigating the crazy traffic trying to get there. I will absolutely use them next time we have an event. He made the night stress free for my son and I.

We rode with Faez to the airport and it was a fantastic experience! The car was clean and very comfortable with ample charging for all of our family’s devices. The car was also well-stocked with refreshments, including candy and water. It made for such a wonderful start to our travels, no stress and very relaxing!! Cannot recommend the experience enough!!

We just used a party bus for my sister’s wedding and everything from start to finish was great. The party bus was super clean and the driver arrived earlier than scheduled. Keep up the great work

Exceptional service from getting a quote to drop off! I googled a few places and VIP responded promptly and the conversation went with such ease, I booked same day. My goal was to keep my Daughter safe throughout the night and it was their priority as well. Our Driver for prom was Mr. Ray and he was extremely patient (he waited after all the pictures) and made sure each of the Ladies were seated and comfortable before leaving.
